MARLA J. EMSWILER

MARLA J. EMSWILER, age 62, of Urbana, passed away on Tuesday, September 02, 2014 at her residence.  She was born on May 19, 1952 in Troy to the late Harry and Pauline (Zeller) Emswiler.

Marla is survived by two brothers: Murrel "Butch" Emswiler of Fletcher and Ellery Brent Emswiler of Troy; and companion: Susan Panter.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Marla was a 1970 graduate of Tipp City High School.  She proudly served her country as a member of the US Army. Marla was a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Troy and a volunteer at Paws Animal Shelter.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Miami Memorial Park in Covington.  Steve Elliot will officiate the service.  Full military honors will be provided by Veteran's Honor Guard at the cemetery.
