Mark A. Jacobs, age 42, of Piqua, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at Ohio's Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit in Troy.  He was born on March 1, 1983, in Dayton, to the late Mark and Sarah (Pike) Jacobs.

Mark is survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mark was a 2001 graduate of Troy High School.  He attended Sanctuary Church in Piqua.  Mark enjoyed horse racing and caring for horses.  He loved Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Bengals and spending time with his cousins.

Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Sanctuary Church in Piqua with Pastor Gary Wagner officiating.  Family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM at the church.
