Mark David Anderson, age 43 of Vandalia, OH passed away on March 26, 2025 at Miami Valley Hospital Emergency Room.  He was born September 25, 1981 in Troy to Nancy (Wright) Thornton and Marty Anderson.

In addition to his parents, Mark is survived by one son: Tyler (Kelsey) Anderson of Greenville, his soul mate of 9 years, Stephny Bertholf of Vandalia, siblings: Kenny Robbins of Troy, and Lisa Clark of Tipp City: nieces: Averie, and Morgan, and nephews Bradley, and Brayden and expectant granddaughter Oakley Mae Anderson in July.  He was preceded in death by his brother Jason Robbins, and beloved dog Ella.

Mark was a 2000 graduate of Troy High School.  He was employed by Hartzell Propeller in Piqua, OH for 20 Years, where he made many long life friends.  Mark was an avid fisherman, Bengals Fan, (Who Dey!), Meat Smoker, and enjoyed antique tractor-pulling with his son.

A Celebration of Life will be held April 12, 2025 at the Hartzell Ostrich Farm in Piqua, OH from 4 pm – 8 pm meat and paper products provided.  Please bring a dish to share, and your own beverages.
