Marjorie E. Putterbaugh Marjorie E. Putterbaugh, 92, of Troy, Ohio, died at 11:55PM on Saturday, August 11, 2007, in Troy. She was born June 20, 1915, in Miami Co., Ohio, to the late Arthur and Chloe Wert DeWeese. She was married to Edgar V. Putterbaugh who passed away in 1995. Mrs. Putterbaugh is survived by two brothers: Richard and Eugene DeWeese of Troy; three nieces and four nephews and their families: Mary Ellen Christian of Troy, Debby Putterbaugh Nowland of Colorado Springs, CO, Joyce DeWeese Lesch of Troy, Denny and Mike DeWeese of Troy, Jack Putterbaugh of Dublin, OH and Jim Putterbaugh of Piqua, OH. She is also survived by her special friends, Alan and Jo Ann Williams and family and Barbara Robinson. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her infant son, David Arthur Putterbaugh. Mrs. Putterbaugh was a graduate of Staunton High School, a life member of the Staunton Grange and a member of the Farm Bureau. She was a homemaker, sold bonds during the war and enjoyed providing food to those who needed. Her specialty was angel food cakes and noodles. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM Thursday, August 16, 2007 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Rev. Ed Ellis officiating. Interment will be in Casstown Cemetery, Casstown, Ohio.
