MARJORIE P. MILLET

MARJORIE P. MILLET, age 92, passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Genesis/Troy Care and Rehabilitation Center.  She was born in Noble County, OH on March 14, 1922 to the late Fred B. and Freda (Weekley) Pettay.  In January 1944, Marjorie married her husband of 70 years, Quentin H. Millet.  He preceded her in death on December 30, 2014.

Marjorie is also survived by one son and daughter-in-law: Frederick L. and Marcia Millet of Troy, OH; four daughters and sons-in-law: Tamara and Robert Schuller of Troy, OH, Anne and Max Welty of Saline, MI, Pamela and Robert Gibson of Elkhart, IN and Jan and Richard Wise of Gardner, KS; one sister: Barbara (Wesley) Dawson of Kimbolton, OH; nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

Marjorie was a 1940 graduate of Troy High School and attended Muskingum College.  She was a very active member of First United Methodist Church in Troy.  In addition, Marjorie was a member of the Mother's Study Club, the Concord Grange and Troy Senior Citizens. Marjorie was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on February 21, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church in Troy with Rev. Dave Leckrone officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM on February 21st at the church.
