Marilyn Elizabeth Olden, age 71, of Hamilton, passed away on October 20, 2021 at Tri Health Bethesda Butler in Hamilton.  She was born April 18, 1950 in Troy, Ohio to the late Jesse and Delores (Huggins) Olden.

Marilyn is survived by her children: Constance Godsey of Columbus; Candace (Ronald) Olden Cain of Cincinnati; and Lanejah Beck of Cincinnati; siblings: Yvonne Croft of Dayton; Lisa Taylor of Piqua and Jesse Olden Jr. of Troy;  8 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son: Clarence Brown.

Marilyn was a 1968 graduate of Troy High School.  She received her Associates Degree from Boston Community College.  She was a member of the Church of Jesus and Grace Family Worship Center in Piqua.  Marilyn was a foster mom for 27 years and worked at Piqua Technologies.

Services will be held at 11AM on Friday, October 29, 2021, at Baird Funeral Home with Pastor Brian T. Hamilton officiating.  Family will receive friends from 10-11AM on Friday at the funeral home.
