Marilyn Avon Brooks Marilyn Avon Brooks, age 57, of Ft. Myers, FL, died Sunday, October 28, 2007 at 3:20PM in Ft. Myers, FL. Mrs. Brooks was born August 5, 1950 in Piqua, Ohio to the late, Homer Moffitt and Ella D. Zelinski Moffitt. She is survived by her husband, Robert D. Brooks Sr.; sons and daughters-in-law, J.B. and Tracy McGill of Waynesburg, OH; Alan and Kristi Brooks of Ft. Myers, FL; and Robert Brooks Jr. and wife Brittney of Ft. Myers, FL; brothers and sister-in-law, Mike and Janice Moffitt and Tony Moffitt all of Conifer, CO; Seventeen grandchildren and Six great-grandchildren. Mrs. Brooks was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Ella; sisters, Annie Blevins and Marsha Deacon, and brother, Corky Moffitt. Services will be held at 2:00PM Monday, November 5, 2007 at the Riverside Cemetery Chapel, Troy, OH with interment in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, OH.
