Margaret "Maggi" Lou Strawser Margaret "Maggi" Lou Strawser, age 66, of Troy, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday morning, February 16, 2012 at her residence. She was born on August 26, 1945 in Troy to the late Ezra Boyd and Louise Perry Ferguson. She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Robert E. "Skip" Strawser; her "girls" Kassi and Kati; half sister, Betty Ferguson of Berea, Kentucky; her stepchildren: Denise Bystrek and husband David, Melissa Stewart and husband John, Karla Stewart and husband Russ, and Scott Strawser and Angie Fuson; close personal friend, Sue Welbaum; and her grandchildren: Nicholas and Eric Bystrek, Taylor Stewart, Klarise and Kellan Stewart and Olivia and Owen Strawser. Maggi was a 1963 graduate of Miami East High School. She was a member and past president for the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW Post No. 9582. A celebration of her life will take place from 3:00PM to 6:00PM on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at the VFW Post No. 9582, 4170 Old Springfield Road, Vandalia, Ohio 45377, 937 890-5055.
