Margaret L. Holter, 85, of Troy, Ohio died at 10:25am Thursday, September 15, 2005 at Harborside Health Care Center, Troy, Ohio. She was born in St. Clairsville, Ohio to the late Richard and Alta Baker Donley on November 13, 1919. She married James W. Holter on December 24, 1937 and he preceded her in death March 9, 1998. Also preceding her in death were five older brothers and their spouses, Harry, Frank, George, Robert, and Ernest Donley. Survivors include one son, James E. and daughter-in-law Lou Ann of Troy, OH; three grandsons, Alan and Farah; Brian and Lesley; and Mike and Christy Holter all of Troy, OH; five great-grandchildren, Alex; Alyse; Bryson; A.J. and Marissa Holter. Also one sister, Marie Wheeldin of St. Clairsville, Ohio; sister-in-law, Pauline Thiebaut of Bowling Green, OH; special nieces and great niece, Debbie Sarver of Bowling Green, Linda Guiler of Marietta and Nealy Sarver of Bowling Green survive. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Cygnet and a 50-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter No. 265 of North Baltimore. Funeral Service will be 11:00AM Monday, September 19, 2005 at the Smith-Crates Funeral Home, N. Baltimore.
