Margaret Louise Evans, age 68, of Troy, OH passed away on March 21, 2022, at the Piqua Manor.  She was born on July 20, 1953 in Troy to the late Aloysius J. , Sr. and Volunta L. (Steineman) Thobe.

She is survived by her brothers and sisters: Al (Linda) Thobe, Jr. of Piqua; Mike Thobe of Chillicothe; Ann (James) Beyke of Anna; Mary (Dave) Shock of Tipp City; Carolyn (Steve) Wilson of Mason; Cynthia (Mark) Wright of Piqua; Joan (Mike) Gibson of Cummins, GA; Tom (Jeanine)Thobe of Warrenton, NC; Joe (Tracy) Thobe of Piqua; Nancy (Dan) Jones of Columbus: Julie (Joe) Cogliano of Mt. Laurel, NJ; and sister-in-law: Mary Thobe of Covington.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ferman, an infant sister Patricia Thobe and two brothers Dennis Thobe and Robert Thobe.

Margaret was a homemaker and went to Columbus School of Cosmetology.  She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and the women's knitting group.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 12 pm (noon) at Baird Funeral Home with Rev. Father Michael Samala officiating.  The family will receive visitors at 11 am until time of service on Thursday.
