MARCIA C. (MYERS) LECLERC

MARCIA C. (MYERS) LECLERC, age 81, of Troy passed away suddenly on Monday, May 5, 2014 at her residence.  She was born on January 4, 1933 in Troy to the late Harry E. and Catherine (Gay) Myers.  Her husband of 60 years, Guy Joseph Leclerc, survives.

Marcia is also survived by one daughter and son-in-law: Denise and Jerry Hodges, Sidney, OH; one son: David Leclerc, Maple Grove, MN; three grandchildren: Jeff (Tara) Hodges, Sidney, OH, Emily (Seth) Ellis, Columbus, OH and Paul Leclerc, Maple Grove, MN; and four great grandchildren: Madison Ellis, Parker Ellis, Owen Karn and Spencer Karn.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother: James Myers; and two sisters: Annabelle Rataiczak and Barbara Barclay.

Marcia was a 1951 graduate of Troy High School.  She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy, OH.  Marcia was very helpful with the bereavement lunches at St. Patrick's.  She was also a prior volunteer at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy, OH.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy, OH with Rev. Fr. James Duell as Celebrant.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, OH.  Friends may call from 10:00 – 11:00 AM on Thursday at St. Patrick Catholic Church.
