Magil Akers, age 76, of Troy passed away on August 1, 2024.  She was born December 15, 1947 in Kosciusko, IN to the late Charles Edgar and Betty (Bays) Akers.

Magil is survived by sons: Fred Allen (Deb) Caudill and Daniel (Heidi) Caudill; daughter: Regina Cunningham; sister: Sue Acres; brother Rick Tenney; grandchildren: Dustin Caudill, Caitlin Caudill, Calvin and Brittany Cunningham,  Johnathan Heatherly, Zach Cunningham, Andy Caudill, Chaz Caudill, Nathan Caudill, Lily Caudill, Hallie Caudill and Tristan Shank. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter: Marie Taborn; son: Tim Caudill and by grandchildren Dalton Shank and Landon Caudill.
