M. Millard Burrell is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Shelia and Richard Cron; three grandchildren, Mrs. David Debra Shotts, R. Dean Cron and Mrs. Jim Diane Kelly; four great grandchilren, Heather and Christina Shotts and Cody and Megan Kelly.

Mr. Burrell was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Marion and Mary Elizabeth Baker Burrell, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
