M. Carrol Barnhart is survived by her father, Obid J. Hull; her mother, Ruby L. Cadle Smith; one  daughter, Major Suzie Heard; one son, Stuart Koogler; two brothers, Gary Hull and Ernest Hull; one sister, Gaytha Hull and two grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Barnhart.

She was employed with Grimes Aerospace, Inc., Urbana; a member of First Lutheran Church, Troy; and the National Knife Collectors Association.
