Lucinda D. ''Cindy'' Scott, 58, of Tipp City, Ohio passed out of this life on Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at her residence after and extended illness. She was born on July 13, 1945 in Piqua, Ohio to the late Lowell and Jean Yount Black. Along with her parent preceding her in death, also a brother, Loren Black. She is survived by 4 children: Daughters and Son-in-law: Renee Brown and Samantha Hamlin both of Tipp City, Ohio; Valerie and Dave Barton of Troy; and Son and Daughter-in-law: Lonnie and Jill Duke of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Ms. Scott is survived by 2 brothers, Tom Black of Titusville, Florida and Jim Black of Piqua, Ohio, 1 sister, Jackie Arnett of Lakeview, Ohio and a sister-in-law: Bea Black of Titusville, Florida. She has 4 grandchildren. She was a graduate of Piqua High School, class of 1963. Burial will be in Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio with Jesse Walters officiating.
