LOU (MOTTER) MCQUEEN

Lou (Motter) McQueen, age 67, of Troy, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at her residence. She was born on January 14, 1949 in Piqua to the late Charles and June (Shoemaker) Motter. Her husband of 28 years, Phillip Edward McQueen, preceded her in death on February 25, 2013.

Lou is survived by two sisters:  Barb Maul of Centerville, OH and Sandy (Ed) Adamson of East Liverpool, OH; nieces, Kelly (Brian) Randles, Kim (Jason) Click, and Stacy (Jordan) Williams; nephews, Alex Maul and Jerry (Chelcia) Maul, III; 3 great nieces and 3 great nephews.

Lou was a 1967 graduate of Piqua Central High School.  She was a lifetime member of St. Paul's Evangelical & Reformed Church, Piqua, Ohio.  Lou was operations manager for Piqua Transfer and Storage for 30 years.  Lou was past president of Upper Valley Transportation Club.  She was also a member of Troy Eagles Post 971 and Troy AmVets Post 88.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with Dr. Keith Gebhart officiating.  Friends may call from 10:00 – 11:00 AM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
