Obituary
Loretta F. Welbaum is susrvived by a daughter, Connie Welbaum; two granddaughters, Heidi L. Moyer and Heather N. Florez. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Welbaum.
Mrs. Welbaum was a graduate of Troy High School.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio.
