Obituary

Lonzo W. Reinshell, 83, of Troy, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at his residence. He was born on July 22, 1921 in Union Furnace, Ohio to the late Frank and Mary Warthman Reinshell. He married Jane Schrader and she survives, his wife of 57 years. Also surviving are their children, Thomas Mimi Reinshell of Troy, OH and Sue Doug Mefferd of Troy, OH. Also surviving are four brothers, Vyron Reinshell of Upper Sandusky; Dean of Logan; Gary of Lancaster and Lowell of Union Furnace, OH; three sisters, Carol White of Canal Winchester; Martha Anthony of Canal Winchester and Pat Bowen of Forrest; grandchilren, Brandon Trappe of Tipp City and Elaina Reinshell of Troy. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother Frank Reinshell Jr., and sister Anita Hatem. He served in the US Army Aircorp during WW II, survivor of Pearl Harbor; 110th Ohio Volunteer Infantry; Lifemember of Fish & Game; Lifemember of NRA; Annie Oakley Rifle Team and a member of Mended Hearts. He retired in 1974 from DESC of Dayton as a Government Inspector; retired in 1982 from Monarch Machine Tool of Sidney, Ohio. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 14, 2005 at 11:00AM at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio with Rev. Fr. Jim Duell officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio. Friends may call on the family, Sunday March 13, 2005 from 1-4PM at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio.
