LOIS ANN SILER

LOIS ANN SILER, age 78, of The Woodlands, TX; formerly of Troy, OH, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at St. Luke's Hospital in The Woodlands, TX.  She was born in Dayton, OH on December 9, 1936 to the late Hubert and Jessie (Schultz) Short.  Her husband of 58 years, Donald K. Siler, survives.

In addition to her husband, Lois is survived by one son: Brian (Roxana Pope) Siler of Piqua, OH; one daughter: Belinda Newman of The Woodlands, TX; one brother: Frank Short of MD; one sister: Jeanne Steele of IL; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by one son: Brent Siler.

Lois was a member of First United Church of Christ in Troy, OH.  She was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy, OH.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Troy.  Friends may call from 9:00AM – 11:00AM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
