Lois L. Northup, age 91, of Troy, OH passed away on April 19, 2025 at her residence. She was born February 28, 1934 in Point Pleasant, WV to the late Basil M. and Belva V. (Wallis) Plantz.

She is survived by her son: Kevin (Melinda) Northup of Troy; grandchildren: Levi (Ashley) Northup of Troy, Kristina (Alex) Daum of Campbellstown, OH and Chelsey (Jerrod) West of Troy; great grandchildren: Brynlee, Briggs and Garrett Northup; Dawson, Breeanna and Colton Daum and Rebecca and Devin West; siblings: Dial Plantz of Troy, Linden Plantz of Jackson Center, Mary Virginia Maxson of Patriot, Basil L. Plantz of Branson, MO; sister-in-law: Nancy Plantz of Troy and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her spouse of 64 years: Dwane C. Northup and her siblings and their spouses: JR Plantz, Earl Plantz, Milton (Shirley) Plantz, Alkie Plantz and Carl Maxson.

She enjoyed puzzles, flea markets, flower arranging and gardening. She was formerly employed as a clerk with McCrory's in Troy.

Graveside service will take place at 1:00PM on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Casstown Cemetery with Pastor Cline Rawlins and Basil Plantz officiating.
