Lloyd B. Nichols, Sr. Lloyd B. Nichols, Sr., 77, of Troy, died Monday, February 26, 2007. He was born October 27, 1929 in Springfield, Ohio to the late Theodore and Bessie Lute Nichols. He is survived by his sons Lloyd B. Nichols, Jr. of Greenville, Ohio, Steve Nichols of Columbus, Ohio and Gregory Nichols and wife Theresa of Troy, Ohio; daughters Kitty DeBella and husband Sam of Troy, Ohio, Carolyn Snyder and husband Gary of Celina, Ohio, Kimberly Sturgill of Troy, Ohio and Deborah Kay Hargrave and husband Larry of Indianapolis, Indiana; brothers Kenneth Nichols of Celina, Ohio, Charles Nichols of Sebring, Florida; sisters Ruby Myers and Deloris Craig both of Springfield; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, infant son, sister Mary Laumn, brother Leon Nichols and twin brothers Theodore and Jackie Nichols. Mr. Nichols was a retired group leader from Tube Products after 33 years of service. He was also a wonderful fisherman and enjoyed outdoor sports and camping. Services will be 1:00PM on Friday, March 2, 2007 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Rev. Ed Ellis officiating. Interment will be at Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
