Linda Marie King, age 59, of Tipp City, Ohio died Thursday, August 11, 2011 at her residence. She was born November 1, 1952 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan to the late Edwin and Carol Ketchum Striber. Linda is survived by her husband of 43 years of marriage, David J. King; daughters and sons-in-law, Ann Marie and Bob Chaney of Troy; Carol L. Wheeler of Troy; Mindy K. and Jared Buechler of Dayton; grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Cody Chaney; Darian and Drew Wheeler, Madison and Lauren Wagner and Victoria Buechler; sister, Karen Watterson of Romeo, Michigan; brothers and sister-in-law, Edward and Joan Striber of Romeo, Michigan; Donald Striber of Almont, Michigan; sister-in-law, Marion Striber of Almont, Michigan and many loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jim Striber and sister, Sharon Ann Striber. Linda was a graduate of Romeo High School, Romeo, Michigan. She was formerly employed with IBD Interiors and Stonyridge Veterinary Service of Troy. She loved her dogs, Samantha and Lucille. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother and especially loved spending time with her seven grandchildren. Services will be held 10:30AM Monday, August 15, 2011 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio with the Rev. Douglas Magin officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio.
