Linda R. (George) West, age 82, of Troy, OH passed away on June 21, 2023 at StoryPoint of Troy.  She was born on August 10, 1940 in Champaign County, OH to the late Ernest and Mary (Porter) George.

Linda is survived by her two children: Philip (Susan) West of Westerville and Kristen (Jeffrey) Parris of Troy; sister: Barbara Gearhardt of NC; brother: Jerry (Loretta) George of Urbana; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.  In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband: Donald E. West on January 19, 1996 and two sisters: June Burroughs and Dorothy Souders.

She was a graduate of Christiansburg-Jackson High School.  Linda was a longtime beautician with Imperial Hair Fashion in Troy.  She loved spending time with her family and friends.

A private service will be held at a later date.  Interment will take place in Evergreen Cemetery in St. Paris.  Condolences may be expressed to the family through www.bairdfuneralhome.com.
