Lillian E. Boston Lillian E. Boston, 93, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 3:50PM Tuesday, February 19, 2008, at her residence. She was born September 4, 1914 in Chicago, Ill., to the late Albert and Mary Goffin Anderson. Her husband, David M. Boston, preceded her in death in 1963. Mrs. Boston is survived by a daughter, Jean Asher of Troy; son, Gary Sandra Boston of New Lenox, Illinois; nine grandchildren: Karin Francis of Casstown, Nancy and Mark Bingamon of Tipp City, Gerri and Tim Jamison of Conover, Carol and Tim Owens of Troy, Janice and Rusty Conley of Troy, Jennifer and Mike Kenning of Chicago, Ill., Cheryl Boston of Phoenix, AZ, Deborah and David Serke of Lafayette, CO, and Scott and Tiffany Johnson of Clearmont, FL; thirteen great-grandchildren: Jonah Grigsby, Jon Francis, Brock Thokey, Jeni Lyn Jamison, T.J. and Shelby Owens, Lauren and Brandon Conley, Brett, Lauren and Matthew Kenning and Everett and Carter Serke; and one great-great-grandson, Isaac Grigsby. In addition to her parents and her husband, David, she was preceded in death by five brothers, three sisters and one son-in-law, Gerald Jerry Asher, in 2000. Mrs. Boston was a resident of Troy since 1993. She also enjoyed sewing, crocheting, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren. Funeral services will take place at 2:00PM Friday, February 22, 2008 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Rev. Ed Ellis officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
