LeRoy O. Phillips, age 94 of Covington, Ohio died Thursday, January 4, 2001. He was born of Earl Phillips and Mary Bradbury Phillips who preceded him in death along with his wife, Thelma Riddle Phillips and brother, Donald. He is survived by his two sons, Jimmie L. Phillips of Troy, Ohio and Jackie L. Phillips of Texas; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mr. Phillips was a 1925 graduate of St. Edward High School, St. Edward, Nebraska. He was retired in 1968 from Delco Division of General Motors Co. in Muncie, Indiana. No local services will be held. Private interment in St. Edward, Nebraska.
