Leonard W. Simmons Leonard W. Simmons, age 85 of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 11:40PM on Monday, June 22, 2009 at the Troy Care & Rehabilitation Center. He was born on April 6, 1924 in Jackson, Tennessee to the late Lexie and Hester Earp Simmons. In addition to his parents, Mr. Simmons was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Brown Simmons and his daughter, Sherri Morrow. He is survived by one sister, Martha Pafford of Tennessee and four grandchildren. Mr. Simmons was a Union Committeeman at Ford Glass in Nashville, Tennessee.
