Leon A. Lewis is survived by his wife, Anna Lee Slifer Lewis; a son and daughter-in-law, William and Tamey Lewis; a daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Greg Markley; a sister, Edna Lewis; two brothers, Wayne Lewis, and Arthur Lewis; and four grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Helen Lewis.

He was a member of Troy Fish and Game Club.  Former employed by Catlow of Phoneton and Tube Products of Troy.

Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio.
