Lena Massie, 88, of Troy, Ohio passed away Fri. Feb. 2, 2001 at Kettering Hospital in Dayton. She was born Sept. 22, 1912 in Ironton, Ohio to the late Ira and Minnie Huddle Willis. Mrs. Massie is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, James R. and Mary Ann Massie of Troy; a brother, Ottis Willis of Piqua; and a grandson Ryan Massie of Covington. She was preceded in death by her husband Russell H. Massie in 1993; a grandson Scott Massie; Daughter-in-law Doris Massie; 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Lena attended Troy Baptist Temple. Services will be held Tues Feb. 6, 2001 at 10:30 AM at the Baird Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Rick Arrowood officiating. Burial will be in Casstown Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Mon. 2/5/2001 from 6 to 8 PM. Contributions may be made to the Troy Baptist Temple.
