Obituary

Larry E. Stull, 59, of Troy, died Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton, following a long battle with cancer. Mr. Stull was born October 29, 1947 to the late William T. Stull and Bertha Wintrow Stull. Mr. Stull is survived by his wife of 39 years, Priscilla Ladd Stull; daughter and son-in-law, Tracie L. and Charles Ward of Piqua, Ohio; son and daughter-in-law, Eric D. and Amber Stull of Alexandria, Indiana; brother, William T. Stull of Texas; father-in-law, Rolla Ladd of Troy, Ohio; and grandchildren, Lynn Ward, Madison and Jacob Stull. He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Teresa Metcalf. Mr. Stull worked as an industrial electrician with Smith Aerospace in Vandalia for the past 10 years and prior to that, he was with Brown Bridge in Troy for 25 years. He served in the United States Navy in the Mediterranean during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Troy, American Legion Post 43, and the Troy Fish & Game. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, February 10, 2007 at First United Methodist Church, 110 W. Franklin St., Troy, with the Rev. Dr. James C. Wilson II officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Troy, with military honors being conducted at graveside. Calling hours will be from 5 - 8 PM Friday, February 9, 2007 at the funeral home.
