Larry A. Honeyman, age 80, of Troy, OH passed away on August 14, 2023 at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.  He was born on January 29, 1943 in Troy, OH to the late Lester "Mike" and Esther (Underwood) Honeyman.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years: Karen S. (McDonald) Honeyman; daughter and son-in-law: Beckitt and Rodney Bostick of Troy; grandchildren: Brock, Cole and Quinn Bostick of Troy; brother: Ray Honeyman of Troy; sister—in-law: Sandra (Tom) McGriff of Greenville and nephews and niece.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister: Janice Honeyman.

Larry was a 1961 graduate of Bethel High School and served his country in the US Army for 4 ½ years in Germany during the Vietnam War.  He was a member of Cove Spring Grange, Pontiac Car Club and the Troy Fish and Game Club.

He was formerly employed with Hobart Corporation and then served many years with Holiday Inn Corporation until his retirement.  Larry's peaceful time was spent living in the country and farming.  He enjoyed collecting older cars and tractors.  He loved Nascar and many auctions.  He also enjoyed supporting his grandchildren in their sporting events.  He was an excellent father, grandfather and uncle and a quiet but very thoughtful person.  He loved his time with his family and traveling with Karen.

Service will be held at 10:00AM on Friday, August 18, 2023 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH with interment to follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00PM-8:30PM at the funeral home.
