Larry G. Bruner, 76, of Troy passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 13, 2024 at Kettering Health Troy.  He was born April 18, 1948 to the late Melville and V. Pauline (Davis) Bruner.

He is survived by his wife: Patricia (Jordan) and two siblings: Brenda Waters and Joyce (Rick) Smallenbarger, both of Troy, two nieces and one nephew: Tina Mitchell, Amanda Gross and Chris Smallenbarger.

Larry was a 1966 graduate of Troy High School. He served in the US Army from 1968 to 1970 and was a Vietnam veteran. He was a sergeant and was awarded the Purple Heart Vietnam Service Medal and the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm.

He worked at Troy Laminating for 49-plus years.  He loved the Cleveland Browns and his 70 Chevy. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and the Amvets of Troy.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Animal Shelter or Hospice of Miami County.
