Lance R. LeVeck Lance R. LeVeck, age 57, of Troy, Ohio passed away at 1:40AM on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. He was born on May 14, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio to the late James Richard and Doris Jean Cyphers LeVeck. His wife of 36 years, Kim L. Vogann LeVeck, survives. Other survivors include his two sons and daughters-in-law: Lance R. LeVeck, II and Jaime K. LeVeck of Greenville, Ohio and Shannon J. and Holly L. LeVeck of Pleasant Hill, Ohio; sister and brother-in-law: Dorothy R. LeVeck and Steven L. George of Springfield, Ohio and he was the proud grandfather of four grandsons: Keegan J., Kelynn J., Alexander R. and James Cameron LeVeck. He was also survived by several nieces and nephews. Lance was preceded in death by his parents and numerous family members. He was a graduate of Troy High School class of 1972. He was a member of Troy Fish and Game, attended Tipp City American Legion and was a past member of Troy Eagles Club. He was a machinist with Service for Industries, Dayton, Ohio and a past member of the Carpenters Union, Local 104 within the Dayton Apprenticeship Program. Lance was full of life and loved by all. Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at Baird Funeral Home with interment to follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy. Pastor Paul Pearson will officiate.
