Kyle Ratcliff, age 29, of Quincy, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2023, from a drowning accident in the Miami River in Piqua.  He was born on August 9, 1993, in Troy.

Kyle is survived by his wife, whom he had been with for 10 years: Nicole (Kerentsew) Ratcliff; two daughters Aubree and Maciee Ratcliff; father: Theodore "Ted" Ratcliff; mother-in-law: Lisa Kerentsew; brothers Deven Ratcliff and Callyn (Emily) Ratcliff; niece: Charlotte Ratcliff; Nephew: Axl Ratcliff; paternal grandparents: Joyce and Larry Ratcliff; and maternal grandmother: Maryann Webb.

Kyle was a 2012 graduate of Troy High School and Upper Valley Career Center School of Welding.  He was employed at Lochard's in Sidney, where he was a welding fabrication supervisor.  Kyle enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 – 4:00 PM on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  A Go Fund Me account is being set up for donations.
