Kyle R. DeVilbiss, age 30, of Troy, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at UVMC. Kyle was born April 9, 1987 in Piqua, OH, to Robert E. and Karen (Snyder) DeVilbiss.

Besides his parents, Kyle is survived by his brothers: Ryan and Aaron DeVilbiss of Troy; paternal grandfather: Robert K. DeVilbiss of Westerville, OH; maternal grandmother: Sarah Snyder of Conneaut, OH; and aunts and uncles: Doug (Carrie) DeVilbiss, Debbie Flesher, Randy (Kelly) DeVilbiss, Phil (Amy) DeVilbiss, Cathy DeVilbiss, Cindy Ross, Mindy Snyder, Dave (Debbie) Snyder, and Janet Rossman; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by paternal grandmother: Helen DeVilbiss; and maternal grandfather: George Snyder.

Kyle was 2006 Troy High School graduate, he received his B.S. from Wright State University majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Music, he then earned his MBA from Urbana University. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and was a customer support technician for One Call Now, in Dayton.

Kyle loved music, particularly jazz, and was an accomplished pianist. He played clarinet in the Troy Civic Band for several years, and later became the band's announcer.  Kyle will always be remembered for his quick wit, and his keen sense of humor. He enjoyed entertaining family and friends and making them laugh. His presence in the life of his family was a treasured gift and he will be dearly missed.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday January 9, 2018 at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Fr. Eugene Vonderhaar celebrating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 PM on Monday at Baird Funeral Home, Troy.
