Kimberly Dulin Duncan-Puckett, 43, of Sidney, Ohio, formerly of Tipp City, Ohio went to join the Lord at 12:30PM December 11, 2003. She attended Ginghamsburg church and was a born again christian. She had been at Hospcie of Dayton since last Friday. Kimberly was born in Piqua, Ohio August 11, 1960 to Johnny H. and Thelma I. CantrellDulin of Troy, Ohio formerly of Lockington, Ohio. Kims paternal grandparents were Bazie Dulin, Sr. and Vannie Price Dulin of West Liberty, Kentucky. Her maternal grandparents were John Wallice Cantrell and Minne B. Wright Cantrell of West Liberty, Kentucky. Both sets of grandparents are deceased. Kim is survived by many aunts and uncles who will miss her greatly. Kim is survived by one son, Gregory Michael Duncan of Brookville, Ohio; a stepson, Nathan Puckett and a stepdaughter, Amanda Puckett both of Sidney, Ohio. Kim is survived by her husband, Roger L. Puckett of Sidney, Ohio. They were married on October 13, 2001. Kim has six brothers and sisters and their spouses; the late Harley W. Dulin and wife, Marianna Dulin of Piqua, Ohio; Rick and Cathy Dulin of Sidney, Ohio; Harold and LaDonna Dulin Montgomery of Culver, Indiana; John Dulin, Jr. of Troy, Ohio; Deborah Dulin Curtis of Troy, Ohio and Yvonne Dulin Noel of Sidney, Ohio. Kim is also survived by many nieces and nephews, girlfriends and friends. Kim was preceded in death by two nieces, Heather C. Dulin and Angela Leigh Dulin. Kim is survived by her in-laws, Frank and Blanche Puckett of Sidney, Ohio and a brother and sister-in-law, Ken and Doris Puckett Osterloh of Minster, Ohio. Kim graduated from Houston High School in 1978. Kim graduated at 16 years old. She loved to dance. Kim worked for 25 years in the health care field and was one of the most compassionate persons who ever lived. She was proud of her work with people and she touched so many lvies. Her working life was spent at Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Wilson Health Care and Kettering Home Care. Kimberly had battled breast cancer since 1998. She fought a hard and long battle finally succumbing to brain cancer at the age of 43. Kim left a lasting impression on everyone she met and will be greatly missed by family, friends and patients. Funeral services will be held at Barid funeral Home, 555 North Market Street, Troy, Ohio at 11:00AM Monday, Decmeber 15, 2003, with Rev. Mike MIlthaler officiating. Calling hours will be on Sunday from 2:00 until 5:00PM. The viewing will be a closed casket service as keeping with the family's request. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Troy, Ohio Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
