Kenneth Dale Lingg Kenneth Dale Lingg, age 78, of Troy, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at the Upper Valley Medical Center. He was born on May 15, 1935 in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Stewart Paul and Mary Ann Donsi Lingg. He is survived by his wife, Lois Eilene Schreiber Lingg of Troy, Ohio; son, Michael Lee Lingg of Tulsa, Oklahoma; daughter, Sharon Tatum of Georgia; son, Mark Lingg of Miles City, Montana; daughter, Shelly Ingram of Florida; sisters, Melanie Whitman and Pam Whitman of Florida; thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by daughter, Susan Deborah Lingg. He was a graduate of Chaminade High School. Kenneth was a member of the Troy Fish and Game and was the past Mayor of Kingston, Ohio. He retired from Western and Southern Insurance Company after 31 years of service.
