Kenneth A. "Kenny" Carr, age 74, of Troy, formerly of Sidney and Anna, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Ohio's Hospice Inpatient Unit of Miami County in Troy.  He was born on September 9, 1950, in Sidney, to Ada (Weissinger) Carr of Sidney and the late Richard Carr.

Kenny is survived by his wife of 54 years: Cheryl A. (Strayer) Carr of Troy; three children: Nicole (Rob) DeNeff of Bellefontaine, Craig (Amy) Carr of Lebanon and Melissa (Tommy) Grimmett of Tipp City; seven grandchildren: Skylar, Austin, Bryce, Taylor, Lindsey, Brayden and Luke; and one brother: Gary (Linda) Carr of Anna.

Kenny was a 1968 graduate of Anna High School.  He worked for many years as a tool maker for Wayne Trail Tool and Die in Ft. Loramie.  Kenny was an avid Ohio State Football fan.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with Pastor Ken Castor officiating.  Burial will follow in Pearl Cemetery in Anna.  Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.
