Kelley D. Gardner, age 61, of Troy, OH passed away on November 19, 2024 at Troy Care and Rehab. She was born on July 18, 1963 in Point Pleasant, WV to the late Odell and Daisy (Bible) McGraw.

Kelley is survived by her significant other: Timothy J. Mahan; children: Rodeanna Owen, Roger O'Neal, and Daniel O'Neal; siblings: Tim McGraw, Odie McGraw, and Tony McGraw; and 21 grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Kelley was preceded in death by her daughter: Charlenea O'Neal.

Kelley worked as a health aid at Heartland of Piqua Nursing Home. She loved fishing, cooking, music and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. Kelley will be remembered as a loving person, leaving a lasting memory for her family. She will be dearly missed.

Services will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
