Kathleen F. Ingels Heffner, age 66 of Appleton, WI, formerly of Troy, OH passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2006 in Appleton, WI. Kathleen was born May 26, 1939 in Troy, OH. She was the daughter of Frederick B. Ingels and Margaret Folkerth Penney. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Vicki & Jan Peebles of Appleton, WI and Cheryl & Tim Jacobson of Menasha, WI, three grandchildren, Thomas and Chloe Peebles of Appleton, WI and Stefanie Jacobson of Neenah, WI, sister, Barbara Carico of Citrus Heights, CA and brother, James Ingels of Brookfield, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father, Gordon Penney, brother, Joseph Ingels and sister, Mara Lee Ingels Richardson. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM Monday, April 24, 2006 in the Baird Funeral Home, 555 N. Market St. Troy, OH. Visitation will be from 12:00pm - 2:00pm Monday.
