Katherine Bononi,79, left this life and entered the kingdom of God on Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2000.  We give thanks for her wonderful life.

She was born in Bridgeville, PA on February 27, 1921.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis Bononi; her parents, Nicholas and Stella Pollock; her sister, Mary Bercheni and her brothers, Charles and Michael Pollock.

Survivors include her son, Clifford Bononi and his wife, Karen; her daughter, Pamela Gibellino and her husband, Rick and her beautiful grandchildren, Jonathan Gibellino, Christina Gibellino and Colton Bononi.  She is also survived by her dear sisters, Anne Hane and Agnes Patricia Maranowski and her brother, John Pollock.

A devoted and wonderful mother and grandmother and faithful servant of God, she attended the First United Methodist Church in Troy.  She set a perfect example of goodness, kindness and love and touched many lives through her witnessing of Jesus Christ.

Services 10:00AM Saturday, November 25, 2000 at the Bogan-Wolf Funeral Home, Bridgeville, PA.  She will be laid to rest with her parents at the Saints Peter and Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery in Scott Township, Pennsylvania.
