Karen Cromer Francis of Waldo, Ohio, formerly of Troy, Ohio died suddenly Thursday, March 21 at her residence. She is survived by her father and mother, Ray and Sharon Taylor Cromer of Troy and her companion, David Phillips, two chidren, Shannon Cromer and Jamie Applegate; grandmother, Jerry Cromer; grandparents Joe and Betty Taylor and a brother, Don Cromer. She is also survived by a graddaughter, Jasmine. Mrs. Francis was a 1979 graduate of Troy High School. Visitation will be on 6-8 PM on Wednesday, March 27. Services will be at 1:00PM Thursday, March 28 at Baird Funeral Home.
