Justin William Nern of Troy died suddenly July 10, 2003 in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. A graduate in 2000 from Troy High School and Upper Valley JVS, he served in the US Navy. Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Marguerite Thorn, William Pollard and Carl Nern and his uncle, Tim Nern. Justin is survived by his mother, Teresa Harshbarger who loved him with all of her heart; his father, Marty Nern; grandmother, Rosalie Nern; loving brothers, Jamie, Joshua and Brandon Nern; nieces and nephew, Abbe Nern; Tristan Collins, Brayden Nern and Winter Rose Nern; aunts and uncles, Deborah and John Kingham; Tina and John Zerkle and Paula and Ben Mitchell; cousins, Emily Taylor, Tyler Laughman, Taryn Laughman, Chelsey Hill, Casey and Ashland Barker; his girlfriend, Kristina Siler and many special friends. On Thursday, July 10, 2003, Justin's angel wings sprouted and carried him to a most beautiful place where we believe he is at peace. He was reunited there with his dear grandparents, who left us just last year. We are sure in our hearts God helped them reach out their arms to greet him home to heaven.
