June ''Marmie'' Mathewson Loy, age 83, of Troy, Ohio formerly of Groveland, FL and Southfield, MI died Friday, April 15, 2005 in Troy, Ohio. Born July 17, 1921 in Fayette City, PA a daughter of the late David Adamson Mathewson and Ray Willard Hamilton. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Renee' M. and Blaise M. Hirth; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher M. and Tina Snead Loy; grandchildren, Amy E. Jones; Nicole and David Sullivan and Blaise M. Hirth II; greatgrandson, Riley S. Etherington. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd William Loy on June 19, 1989; brother, David Q. Mathewson and sister, Janet Ray Jones. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Troy and the Serendipity Prayer Group; Troy Senior Citizens; Order of the Eastern Star and a volunteer with Ginghamsburg Clothesline.
