JUNE M. CROMMES

JUNE M. CROMMES, age 84, of Troy passed away on Monday, October 20, 2014 at Koester Pavilion in Troy.  She was born on October 1, 1930 in Tipp City, OH to the late Joseph R. and Lottie M. (Marker) Crommes.

June is survived by two brothers: George D. (Diane) Crommes of WA and Joseph L. Crommes of Troy; five nephews: David Crommes of WA, Joe Crommes of WA, Michael L. (Tracy) Crommes of Granville, OH, Anthony (Susie) Crommes of Columbus, OH and Timothy Crommes of Lancaster, OH; and two great nieces: Sarah and Chloe Crommes.

June was a graduate of Troy High School.  She proudly served her country as a member of the US Army Medical Corp for two years.  After her service, June was employed as a phlebotomist at St. Elizabeth Hospital and St. Francis Hospital in Cincinnati, OH.  She eventually relocated to Troy where she worked for Gummed Products Company.

Service will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy, OH.  Burial will follow in Miami Memorial Park in Covington, OH.  Honor Guard Services will be provided at the graveside.  Friends may call from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
