Julian 'Dad' Sawchuk is survived by his wife, Jeanette Kindell Sawchuk; a daughter Jill Hinton and three grandsons and their wives, David and Cynthia Barno; Christopher and Tricia Barno and Mark Barno; and one great grandson, Jacob Barno.

He was preceded in death by his parents William and Tilla hutzel Sawchuk.

Mr. Sawchuk was a well known professional hockey player and formerly owned Dad's Carryout in Troy.

Burial was in Greenville Cemetery, Greenville, Ohio.  Donations were requested to donor's favorite choice of charity.
