Julia Clutter, formerly of Troy, died at Springmeade Retirement Community. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law: Robert Clutter, Jr of Troy; Raymond and Gloria Clutter of Troy; Richard and Anita Clutter of Pleasant Hill, Ohio; a sister, Virginia Oakes of Piqua; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Edith Shellenbarger Studebaker; her husband, Robert Clutter, Sr.;two sisters, Bessie Studebaker and Leona Becker. Mrs. Clutter attended the First Church of the Nazarene of Troy. Services will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
