Judy Colleen Rose, age 81, of Covington, OH passed away on September 22, 2022 at the Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Facility.  She was born on March 8, 1941 in Roseburg, OR to the late Robert Noah Rose Jr. and Lola Artylisa (Alcorn) Rose.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Jennifer (Norberto) Rose-Alcauter of Troy; son: Ruben M. Pelayo of Covington; grandson: Brandon Allen Hart of Cincinnati; great grandsons: Mason and Preston Hart; and sister: Margaret Mann of Cottage Grove, OR.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson: Zachary Noah Ruben Rose; brother: Robert Rose III; and longtime friend: Evelyn Sheafer.

Judy was a longtime board member of the Miami County Quilt Barns.  She was a longtime associate of El Sombrero Restaurant.

No public services will be held.
