JOYCE A. ESTES

JOYCE A. ESTES, age 65, of Troy, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2015 at her residence.  She was born on February 4, 1949 in Richmond, IN to the late True and Eula Mae (Orrison) Hofacker.  Joyce was married for 14 years to Steven J. Estes and he preceded her in death on April 24, 2014.

Joyce is survived by two daughters and son-in-law: Renee and David Ernst of GA, and Melissa Basil of Troy, OH; one son: Zech Ellis of Troy, OH ; one step daughter and step-son-in-law: Allison and Paul Snapp of Bellefontaine, OH; one step-son and step-daughter-in-law: Chad A. and Heidi Estes of Troy, OH; one brother: Roland Hofacker of Richmond, IN; one sister: Trudy Bledsoe of Richmond, IN; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.  In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

She was the owner/operator of Illusions in Piqua.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy.
