Josephine J. Martin Josephine J. Martin, 84, of Troy died Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at 8:15PM. She was born August 10, 1922 in Troy to the late Grevy and Pearl McGinnis Wright. She was married to Paul E. Martin who preceded her in death in 1998. She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law: Paul and Judy Martin of Troy, OH, and Edward Martin of Troy, OH; daughter Valan Ridenour and Jerry Pidcock of Troy, OH; sister: Audrey Emerick of Troy, OH; sisters-in-law: Helen Martin of Lebanon, OH and Nita Wright of Troy, OH; seven grandchildren: Todd and Michelle Martin of Troy, OH, Shawn McGovern and Linda Neth of Troy, OH, Deanna Martin and her fiance, Steve Kortis of Troy, OH, Nick Ridenour of Troy, OH, Heather Ridenour and her fiance, Jeremy Vaught of Columbus, OH, Derek Dunavent and Aaron Dunavent both of Troy, OH; and special neighbors and friends, Karla Gonzales of Carmel, IN and Sharon and Ron Mong of Upper Sandusky, OH. She was preceded in death by both parents, husband, brothers and sisters, Eugene, Nathan, Paul, Esther, Helen, Naomi, Kenneth, Arlis, Sylvia, Warren, and Zelma. She was a member of Troy Church of the Brethren. She formerly worked at K's in Troy and at Hobart Manufacturing Co. during the war. Services will be at 12 noon on Saturday, March 24, 2007 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy with Rev. Ed Ellis officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
