Joseph Allen Wintrow, 49, of Troy, Ohio passed out of this life on Friday, February 27, 2004 at his residence. He was born on December 9, 1954 in Troy, Ohio to Lowell E. and Mary Ann McDaniel Wintrow. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ann Wintrow. He is survived by his three children; Michelle Wintrow of Troy; Christopher Wintrow of Troy; and Josh Wintrow of Troy, Ohio. Also surviving are a sister and brother-in-law: Sharon and Ronald Yantis of Casstown, Ohio; brothers and sisters-in-laws: Kenneth and Pam Wintrow of Troy, and Mark and Carla Wintrow of Troy. He was a member of the Fish and Game. A 1973 graduate of Miami East High School. He was an Auto Mechanic. Burial will be in Casstown Cemetery with the Rev. Ed Ellis officiating the service.
